Terms of service

These terms apply when you use hummbee.shop or buy from us. Hummbee is a trading name of Issho Gold Ltd, registered in New Zealand.

1. Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

2. Products
Hummbee sells New Zealand mānuka honey. Product images are for illustration. Every batch is tested, and the MGO grade on the label is the minimum for that batch.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Payment is taken at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders
Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. If a product is out of stock, we will let you know and refund you.

5. Delivery
We ship within New Zealand only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over NZD 50. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns and faulty products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@hummbee.co with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
